Who provides the medical services?
All medical services are performed by registered partner medical institutions in Korea. K-pom arranges bookings, interpreters and schedules.
Can Korean residents book medical packages?
No. Medical packages are available to international visitors only. Korean residents can purchase K-care goods.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. Deposits are fully refundable up to 7 days before your first appointment. See the refund policy for details.
Do I need a doctor's consultation?
Yes. Every procedure starts with a consultation, and the doctor may change or decline a treatment based on your condition.
Do you sell concert tickets?
No. We only link to official ticketing sites. Please buy tickets from official sellers.
What languages are supported?
English, Japanese, Chinese and Thai interpreters are available for all packages.
