Terms of Service

K-pom arranges bookings, interpreters and schedules for care services. All medical services are provided by registered partner medical institutions, which are responsible for diagnosis and treatment.

Medical packages are available to international visitors only.
A doctor's consultation is required before any procedure; the doctor may change or decline treatment.
K-pom does not sell concert tickets.

Refund policy

Deposit fully refundable up to 7 days before the first appointment.
50% refundable 3–6 days before.
Non-refundable within 2 days, except when the clinic declines treatment after consultation (full refund).
K-care goods: returns within 14 days of delivery if unopened.

Privacy Policy

We collect name, email, country, messenger ID and travel dates to arrange your booking. Health-related information is collected only with separate consent, shared only with the partner clinic handling your consultation, and deleted after the retention period required by law.
